High Pressure Laminate Panels

High-Pressure Laminate flooring with an aluminum base. Unlike conventional alternatives, these fully welded interlocking panels can be mechanically fixed to both floor joists and solid floors. Uniquely, they can be lifted and reused after their long lifespan. 100% recyclable & capable of supporting 10 tonnes per m².

How our HPL panels are made: 

 

  • The core of the flooring is made from 6063 aluminum sheets.

  • This base provides structural strength, resistance to moisture, and enhanced stability, making it ideal for environments requiring non-combustible or moisture-resistant materials.

  • A decorative layer designed to mimic wood, marble, stone or solid colour is bonded to a kraft paper core impregnated with thermosetting resins.

  • This laminate layer is subjected to high pressure (typically over 1,000 psi) and high temperature (around 150°C), fusing it into a single, dense, durable layer.

  • The 1mm HPL layer is adhered to the aluminum base using specialized adhesives & bonding processes.

  • This combination creates a robust, fire-resistant, and impact-resistant surface.

10 Year Warranty

 Covered for manufacturing defaults and non-discoloring for up to 10 years, engineered for a long lifetime of over 50 years, outlasting natural wood floorboards.

Underfloor Heating

Compatible with the use of encapsulated underfloor electric mats – available on request through our partner supplier.
